The development of Aspire Leisure Valley Tower No. 13 – ICONIC ("Iconic Tower" or the "Project") is being monitored by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India through the Learned Court Receiver.The Project is being implemented by NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), acting as the Project Management Consultant (PMC).

Tribeca Buildinfra LLP ("Trilive") is not the owner, developer, or promoter of the Project. Trilive has been authorized by NBCC (India) Limited to market and facilitate the sale of units in the Project pursuant to the Letter of Intent dated 28 March 2026 issued by the Learned Court Receiver.AdviseKraft is an officially authorized channel partner engaged for marketing, lead generation, customer assistance, site visit coordination, and sales facilitation activities related to the Project.

AdviseKraft does not own, develop, construct, promote, manage, or control the Project and shall not be construed as the owner, promoter, developer, or representative of the Court Receiver.
